Desi cow milk
Fresh milk from the desi cows at our gosala.

Set into curd
Boiled, cooled and set into curd overnight.
- Step 3
Hand-churned
Churned with a wooden bilona until the butter rises.
- Step 4
Slow-heated
Simmered on a low fire until golden and fragrant.

Clean seeds
Sesame, groundnut, niger, safflower & coconut, cleaned and sun-dried.

Bull-driven ghani
Our bulls turn the wooden ghani slowly, so the seeds are pressed without heat.
- Step 3
Rest & settle
The oil rests and settles naturally. No chemicals, no refining.

Bottled
Bottled by village hands and sent from our gosala to your kitchen.
